Opportunity: Front Office Administrator

Willow Park Church is looking to fill a part-time position for a Front Office Administrator

The role requires a person with: 

  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • the ability to work with others in a positive and diplomatic way

  • strong written and oral communication skills 

  • strong computer skills
    • working knowledge of all components of Microsoft Office
    • basic social media management aptitude (Facebook, Instagram)
    • eye for design and ability to do basic design (i.e. Canva) an assett
  • willingness to learn and problem solve

Hours:  approximately 24 hours per week

Compensation: subject to experience
